Takabazi (referred to as "Takabazi", "we", or "the platform") is an online gaming platform offering a range of gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Takabazi and its users ("members", "you").

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Takabazi, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Accounts must be created using your real name and accurate personal details. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Any changes to your details must be reported to Takabazi promptly.

The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be verified. These are used for account recovery and transaction verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Important withdrawal terms & conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered mobile number or bank account.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
• Takabazi may request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is publicly available. RTP is a long-term average — it is not a guarantee for any individual session.
• If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that result will be considered void.
• If your connection drops mid-game, your progress is saved on the server and you can resume from where you left off once reconnected.

Betting Limits:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takabazi and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Underage Gaming: Assisting anyone under 18 in creating an account or participating in gaming.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or operating another person's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

An account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Under court order or legal obligation

To close your account voluntarily, email support@takabazi.com. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded after verification. However, if the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Takabazi is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet disconnection
• Losses due to technical issues on the user's device
• Inconvenience caused by delays from third-party services (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.)
• Financial losses from in-game losses — gaming carries inherent risk
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user failed to keep their login credentials secure

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with Takabazi will be resolved through the following steps:

1. Step One: Send a written complaint to support@takabazi.com. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
2. Step Two: If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, our management team will review the case and issue a final decision within 14 business days.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.

All transactions on Takabazi are recorded and will be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Takabazi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Registered members will be notified by email 30 days in advance.
